Refund policy

Lightning Repairs LTD (NZ) acknowledges and adheres to the consumer guarantees act. 

All NEW devices are sold in accordance with Apples 1 Year Warranty and 2 Year Concurrent Consumer Guarantees Act Protection. The Warranty on NEW Devices is issued by Apple when the Device is activated. 

 

All USED Devices, Parts and accessories are sold with a 3 Month Limited Warranty (unless otherwise specified) Issued by Lightning Repairs Limited New Zealand. The Warranty excludes Liquid and Physical Damage is only subject to device malfunction. Lightning Repairs Limited New Zealand Reserves the Right to inspect any device returned within the Warranty Period for Liquid or Physical Damage prior to issuing a full refund. 

 

For non faulty Devices and Parts there is a 3 Day Return Window from the date of delivery.
